The list of the author’s favorite dishes «Crimes and punishments» was created from the diaries of Anna Dostoevskaya – Fyodor Mikhailovich’s wife.
The menu will also include dishes mentioned in Dostoevsky’s works. For example, ear «Salmon and pike perch with cream», «Pork medallions in nut sauce, wrapped with bacon and decorated with diamond-shaped potatoes», «Sea buckthorn Sbiten».
